Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

At svindo, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience.

1. Eligibility:

Eligibility of the product for return and exchange is mentioned in product page. If eligible for return or exchange, user can apply the policy within 5 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

2. Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Log in to your svindo account.

Navigate to the 'Orders' section.

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Follow the provided instructions to complete the process.

3. Return Shipping:

For returns due to product defects or svindo errors, we cover the return shipping costs.

For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

For instant delivery products or general delivery products return and exchange happens in common way, It will take up-to 3 working days to complete the process.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds will be issued to the svindo wallet of the customer or if requested by customer then to original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be sent out.

4.1. Shop Exchange:

The products eligible for shop exchange can only be exchanged by the user by visiting the shop. Before visiting the shop customer should initiate the exchange process through app within 2 days of delivery.

During the exchange if the replaced product cost is more than initial purchased product cost then customer need to pay the vendor in the shop during the visit.

The Product can only be exchanged with the same category and price bracket products.

If customer is not satisfied with the products available for the exchange, then she/he should take the initial purchased item back. Shop Exchange products are not eligible for refund in any manner.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, custom, general print products and gift cards, are non-returnable. (Only items which are eligible for return will be mentioned in the product page itself by vendor selling the product)

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support at or whats-app 8377935333 within 12 hours of receiving the product. For quick replacement of the damaged or defective items please take the video while unboxing the products. For branded products which comes in the sealed boxes, for defective items the claim can be made in the brand service centre according to the warranty provided by the brand.

7. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before they are accepted by the vendor. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation charges of 2.36% may be applied for certain payment methods.
