The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to svindo.
svindo is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The svindo app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the svindo app won’t work properly or at all.

The Price of the same product may be different in the application because they may be multiple vendors selling the same product and each vendor decides his own prices for their products. It is advised to the user to check the price on the application before placing the order. User agrees to pay the price has listed on application by placing the order.
By using our services user agrees and understands that the product images are representative of the product sold by vendor. svindo sellers always tries to provide the user with accurate information about their product but the actual product packaging, may contain different information that what is shown in the product page.
The warranty and guarantee, if any, applicable to the Products shall be that of the manufacturer and You may directly reach out to the manufacturer through the customer care details made available on the Product packaging. You may also reach out to the local seller if it is so mentioned in the product page. svindo is merely a reseller and disclaims any liability with respect to the warranty and guarantee of the products sold by the sellers on its platform(application).
The user agrees and understand that by using the application, user may come across content which may be objectionable, offensive, indecent for them but may not be for other users. For this kind of content, the company does not take any responsibility and is not liable to the user.
svindo uses payment gateway service to process the payment of customer’s order. Users are provided with different payment methods available during the purchasing process. By using our services user agrees with the svindo right to use certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.
To facilitate the payment process user shall provide valid bank details or other details required. By providing the payment details user will be considered to undertake the responsibility that User is rightly authorized to provide details and undertake the payment process. For some payment methods, banking service providers may charge you certain fees, including transaction or any other charges to complete the payment.
User at any time can edit the payment details provided to svindo through our application. User can edit, delete, and add new payment details.
svindo is not liable for any payment failure due to

svindo provides a wallet facility to its users as one of the payment methods. The user by using the wallet agrees that wallet services may be subjected to conditions which will be provided by svindo from time to time and it shall also be subjected to the general terms and conditions provided by the svindo.
svindo recommends its users to not share their debit/credit card number, CVV number, OTP, UPI/ATM pin and other sensitive information with anyone claiming to be a svindo’s representative. svindo will NEVER ask You to share the aforesaid details. Beware of criminals and please report incidents immediately to Your bank, the nearest police station and at https://cybercrime.gov.in/.
For availing the services related to different print products users are requested to upload the required documents before adding product to the cart. svindo does not take any responsibility in case of missing file due to mistake of user to upload the required file. svindo will not be responsible for delay in the service due to user error or any technical problems which are beyond svindo reasonable control.
User should not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:
You should be aware that there are certain things that svindo will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but svindo cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, svindo cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, svindo cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to svindo’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. svindo accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. svindo does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
The user’s access to the application and our services will be terminated if any of the terms and conditions mentioned here and connected are violated. The svindo retains an unconditional right to control the access of our services by users.

The user can know the exchange, return eligibility of a product in the product page itself. For assistance on a svindo order or refund related issues, email, WhatsApp svindo on the details provided in the app.
The User can avail the facility of exchange of products, subject to the following conditions:
svindo does not take exchange or returns of the products (which are not eligible for exchange) whose packaging is opened or product is used/damaged in part or otherwise.
User can cancel the order without charge at any time before the seller accepts the order. The Seller/svindo can cancel the order (completely or partially) for the reason including shortage or unavailability of certain products or force majeure events. The user will not be charged any extra fee if the svindo cancel the order and the payment made by the user will be refunded to their account.
The refund for the cancelled order will be initiated after the verification process is completed. The refund amount for such order will be processed within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the date of verification. The refund amount will be credited to the svindo wallet are any account provided by the user.
